The Principals in CAL are Roger Cotter and Roger Brown.  Both have over 40 yearsexperience in the construction industry, as principals in multi-discipline consulting engineering, planning, and architectural practices, and as building owners and businessmen.

CAL looks at a project or problem through the eyes of the client and advises the best solution from the client’s point of view.  The service may include simply advising the client on what is the best course of action, or may include managing the design/construction process as programme managers or as project managers responsible for completion dates, quality and costs.

CAL handles those aspects of a project which are not familiar to the client, while still involving the client in the decision-making process.

Solutions recommended are the most cost effective for the circumstances and are discussed very frankly with the client before and during implementation.

The service is provided in a professional manner, consistent with the background of the principals of CAL; any design work is normally contracted to professional service companies, on a competitive basis.
